Note: indiana mortgage was the middle man between me and the mortgage company that had my house. The company that had my house had messed up the in the system and kept saying I was filling the paper work out wrong... but! I was on the phone with them filling it out. Faxed it to them and the company kept saying yeah that's good, we will get this all done.... but then I got an email saying they were gonna foreclose on us, because the paperwork wasn't right. I was on the phone at 2 different times for 2 hours each. And they said both times the paper looked great. I had said the Indiana mortgage had told me something different than them, and all the other company said was well they aren't dealing with you anymore they're no longer in the picture. I called Indiana mortgage and ask for help because of the foreclosure letter and they sat down with me called the other company on the phone and talk to the boss of the people that we had been stuck talking to for hours upon hours billing with paperwork costing money to fax the papers more than once to make sure that we had everything clear. And turns out that the company that owned my house had screwed up and put the stuff in the system wrong and were threatening to foreclose on me because of their mistake. Indiana mortgage was there for me the entire time and helped keep me from going into foreclosure just after I bought my house. They are they are angels in disguise. Thank you Indiana mortgage for everything you have done for me, I will reference you to anyone I know. These people treat you like family and help you with anything that you could possibly need help with, even if it's just going over paperwork in person and that's what they did for me because I despise Electronics.

I started my refinance process with Quicken thinking it would be so convenient. I was so wrong! They were going to charge me an absurd amount in closing fees. Indiana Mortgage not only saved me several thousands in closing fees, but they got me an even lower interest rate than Quicken. They were so easy to work with and the process was so quick! The fact that it is locally and family owned is just icing on the cake to the great experience I had!
